How does a person remember to forget?
Sarah Ruhl re-imagines the Orpheus myth from the point of view of its heroine, Eurydice. Dying on her wedding day, the young bride journeys via raining elevator to the underworld, where she reunites with her father and struggles to keep love alive beyond the grave.
Quirky contemporary characters and breathtaking visual effects combine to create a weird and wonderful rhapsody about the pleasures and pains of memory, love and loss.
