A new play by David Belke
Heroes aren’t made, they’re created.
In Depression era New York, opportunistic Everett Gardner is given the chance to make some quick cash in the new born comic book industry. All he has to do is invent a hero. But defining the nature of heroism proves harder than Everett expects. Burdened with an uncooperative artist partner, a looming deadline and a harried boss, the task may prove impossible. But heroes can arise in the most unexpected places…
