ELOPE invites you to explore the wonders and magic of Stephen Sondheim’s Tony Award-winning Broadway hit, Into the Woods. Follow the path and through the trees to witness this fabulous musical classic taking place at the Timms Centre for the Arts, April 27 – 30, 2011. Based on the Brothers Grimm Fairy Tales with a twist. Follow the journeys of favorite characters such as Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Rapunzel, the Baker and his Wife, and Jack as they make life changing discoveries in their quest for 'Happily Ever After.' However, how long can their happiness last when they face consequences of their actions? A talented cast of 19 performers will face giants in the sky and encounter wolves along the way. None will stray far from the path under the creative artistic direction of Richard Winnick, musical direction by Brad Heintzman, and choreography by Shelley Tookey.
