TIX on the square adds a small fee to the price of event tickets. This fee covers the operating costs of this web site and the TIX box office.
An aura of musical myth and legend descends on West End Christian Reformed Church this Saturday, as the Kokopelli Choir Association presents its annual Stories concert. Highlights of this year’s Stories includes a set of two pieces by Canadian composer Kristopher Fulton, and excerpts from Ola Gjeilo’s 'Sunrise Mass.' The show also features a few treats for pop fans, including a powerful rendition of U2’s 'With or Without You.' This year’s Stories features the organization’s two older choirs, Kokopelli and Oràn. The younger choirs, Kikimasu and Shumayela, get their own showcase concert, Songquest, in April. Stories takes place at 2:00 and 7:00 p.m. Saturday, February 18 at West End Christian Reformed Church (10015 149 Street).
