TIX Services Packages

TIX offers two main packages to promote and sell tickets:

The Gold Package - $150 - includes sending out your prepared media release to our list of current media contacts – over 120 print, radio and television contacts in Edmonton and surrounding areas including St. Albert and Sherwood Park.

The Silver Package - $75 - is designed for organizations that have someone taking care of their media and promotion services but want a centralized box office. 

Here is how we can help:

• Display your posters, flyers and brochures at our downtown outlet.

• Showcase your event with text, graphics and photos on our website.

• Provide the link to your website from our site to give clients information about other events you might be offering.

• Provide the URL for your website to link directly to your event on our site.

• Supply our TIX logo in various formats for use on your promotional material and website. 
  

• Maintain a Canada-wide toll-free number that is available for ticket ordering or questions. 
  

• List your event in our TIX Weekly Listings which is sent to over 350 members and organizations that make up the Edmonton Arts Council and to clients who have signed up on our site to receive this listing - over 100 and counting!

• Just give us a portion of your tickets to sell and use your members or internal structure to reach your audience.  We do not demand exclusivity.

• Three easy ways to pay: deduct the fee from your ticket sales, invoice or pay when you set up your contract, whichever works best for you and your organization.

• We offer three ways to purchase tickets: charge-by-phone, online or in-person.

• A small fee of $1.00 to a maximum of $5.00 is added onto the ticket cost or is inclusive in the ticket cost for any tickets sold through TIX.  We have attached guidelines but it is not set in stone.  You choose if you want the fee added-on or included in your set ticket price.

We collect from you, the presenter any charges incurred by clients using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Interac.

Additionally, you may have us track client information for you (ie: address, email and phone) for the low cost of $75.

If you have your own box office but need help getting the word out about your event -  then for just $90 we will send out your prepared media release to our current media list of over 120 print, radio and television contacts.

If you contract three or more events with us at one time we will reduce the fee by 25%.

As always, with TIX on the Square, we are here to support the arts and as such, all rates are negotiable.
