All tickets are sold as a final sale unless there are extenuating circumstances as evaluated by TIX staff. Return/Exchange Policy – TIX on the Square (hereafter TIX) will permit customers to return tickets purchased through TIX provided the conditions are met. This is also subject to the discretion of the TIX administration and the presenting organization.
To request a refund, please call TIX at 780-420-1757 or send an email to email@example.com. Include your web order number or date of purchase, as well as a clearly stated request explaining exactly which tickets you wish to return, and the reason why you are requesting a ticket return.
Shipping charges will only be refunded at the discretion of the TIX administration. A successful return will yield a refund to the same payment method used to make the initial payment. (ie: credit card, interac or cash)
Ticket exchanges are allowed for shows that have a run of more than one performance, subject to availability. TIX service fees (per ticket) apply for this service. The original tickets must be received at TIX no less than 1 day (24 hours) prior to the new date.
