Prairie Poly

Prairie Poly
  • Category: Jewelry
Prairie Poly is a collection of unique polymer clay jewelry that was created by Marion Mendoza. She is a teacher by trade, but has mostly done work in the community advocating and educating immigrant individuals and families. Throughout the years Marion has truly found her identity in connecting with people and creating art with all of her experiences in mind. Each piece of work is carefully handcrafted and includes a part of Marion’s personality, which shows her unique interpretation of her life growing up on the Canadian prairies as a second generation Filipino woman. In addition to this, she is now raising her own family in a Filipino-Italian-Ukrainian household, which can also be seen in some of her work.
