Sisters. Twins. Together. Forever. In the middle of a cold, dark, night Laura discovers her estranged fraternal twin sister, Lizzie, howling in her living room. Lizzie’s sudden appearance loosens Laura’s grip on reality sending the sisters on a journey of tragic discovery. Pretty Goblins explores, the anguish of loss, the chaos of addiction and the beautiful ferocity of sisterly love. A World Premiere by Governor General’s Award finalist Beth Graham.
Tickets are $25 for Adults and $22.50 for Students and Seniors 65+, plus applicable fees. Suitable for ages 16+.
WARNING: This play contains references to sexual assault and drug abuse that may be triggering for some patrons. This play is unsuitable for those under 16 years of age.
Hearing Assistance (ASL Interpreted Performances on April 18, 20, 22, and 24)
The ATB Financial Arts Barns box office and theatres are equipped with hearing loops (T-Coil Loops) for patrons with hearing loss. These loops transmit directly to a hearing aid or cochlear implant electromagnetically, with no extra equipment.
To use the system:
- Ask your hearing aid provider to activate your t-coil function.
- When you arrive at the theatre, switch your hearing aid to your t-coil function and adjust the volume as needed.
Those without hearing aids can also utilize a portable headset receiver. Units are available to rent for free from the box office, and are available on a first come, first serve basis.
