Concordia School of Music and Bella Voce Community Chorus & Hanbell Ensembles present Noël on Sunday, December 9, 6:00 PM at Glory Lutheran Church (22577 Highway 16, Sherwood Park)

The vibrant, timeless tidings of the gospel story are celebrated in festive fashion with choirs and bells. Concordia’s community choirs and handbell ensembles join in words and tunes ancient and contemporary, capturing anew the wonder, reverence, and joy of the first Christmas. Among the collaborative highlights is the North American premiere of “Bells of Bethlehem,” written by former King’s Singer Jeremy Jackman.

Concordia Community Chorus and Bella Voce are Concordia University of Edmonton’s community-based mixed and women’s choirs. Jubiloso! Bells of Concordia, a 16-member community-based auditioned ensemble, performs on the largest set of handbells and handchimes in Canada and released a CD in 2016. JuBELLation is Concordia’s newest handbell orchestra, with teenaged to adult ringers.

Tickets are $20 for Adults, and $15 for Stuents/Seniors (65+), plus applicable fees.
